Videographer Incident Maximums

Videographer Policies & Procedures

LiveControl has carved a special niche in the Remote Live Production market and has built a reputation based on quality and reliability. Our clients love the work you do and we’re excited to keep growing the business based on that reputation. We’ve learned that the biggest part of ensuring success is setting ourselves up for success every time so everything flows as smoothly as possible!

In order to ensure our success, it starts with you, our Videographers! Because of that, we need to work together to make sure accountability is upheld.

There are annual maximums for each type of Videographer incident (listed below).

  • Missed Event (no call, no show) = Max 3 total missed events
  • Late Cancelation (within 24 hours of the event’s prep time) = Max 5 total late cancelations
  • Late Check-In (not checked in 30 minutes before event start time) = Max 5 total late check-ins

If a Videographer hits any of these maximums, they will no longer be assigned to work LiveControl events.

Please note, each incident is held for 1 year; a missed event from 2 years ago will not count towards your maximum.

Also, at any time, if LiveControl deems that your quality is not to par with our Quality Policy, you may no longer be assigned to work LiveControl events. For more information on our Quality Policy, please click here.

If you have any questions about this policy, please reach out to scheduling@livecontrol.io for more information.
